The Cimarron Customer Care Plan
Includes the following coverage when added to any Cimarron monthly service:

  • Travel Time: No trip charge for service calls covered under this agreement (a $35–$65 value, depending on distance).
  • Labor Charges: The first hour of labor is covered (a $90 value).
  • Basic Programming: Covers basic programming for equipment purchased through Cimarron, such as routers, mesh networks, and point-to-point systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting for all Cimarron-installed equipment, including cables, routers, mesh networks, and point-to-points. This also includes addressing slow or inadequate speeds based on the service package subscription.
  • In-Home Communication Wiring: Replacement or repair of wiring up to Cimarron-owned equipment or customer-owned equipment purchased through Cimarron.

Charges apply for each service location under the Cimarron Customer Care Service Agreement.

Note: This plan does not include repair or replacement of customer-owned equipment, such as phones, answering machines, routers, computers, mesh networks, point-to-points, TVs, VCRs, DVD/Blu-ray players, fax machines, sound systems, or any other device utilizing Internet service provided by Cimarron Telecommunications.
